Need help with CricON? Email our support team at support@cricon.app and we will get back to you, usually within 2–3 business days.

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include your registered phone number or email, your device model and iOS version, and a short description of the problem.

Account & Sign In

CricON signs you in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Enter your number, then the code we send you by SMS. You can also continue with Google.

Not receiving your OTP? Check your signal, confirm the number is correct, and wait a moment before requesting a new code. If it still does not arrive, contact support@cricon.app.

Creating Teams, Matches & Tournaments

Use the create option to set up a team, schedule a match, or organise a tournament. Add players, choose your format and number of overs, and score ball by ball.

You can update team names, logos, player details, and tournament information from each profile at any time.

Live Streaming

CricON lets you live-stream matches to your own YouTube channel. When prompted, connect your Google account and authorise YouTube access, then start the stream from the match screen.

For the best quality, use a stable Wi-Fi or strong mobile connection. If a stream will not start, make sure you have granted camera and microphone permission and that your YouTube account is still connected.

Managing Permissions

CricON requests camera and microphone access to stream matches, photo access to upload team logos and profile pictures, contacts to help you find friends already on CricON, and location to tag venues and keep your city up to date.

You can review or change any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings › CricON.

Reporting Content or Users

CricON does not tolerate abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content. To report a team, tournament, profile, live stream, or user, email support@cricon.app with details and, where possible, a screenshot.

We review every report and remove content or restrict accounts that violate our Code of Conduct. You can read the full guidelines on our Code of Conduct page.

Deleting Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your CricON account and its associated data at any time. Email support@cricon.app from your registered address and we will process your request.
